Details

See if we can disable all forms function keys with an empty or altered terminal definition file. If so, this should be documented in the Developer's Guide as a possibility when integrating with the Clipping Feature. When Clipping you might want to hide the fact the user is using Oracle Forms. If you want to achieve that, you probably want to disable the function keys as well.

We need to make sure any existing do_key calls in the code remain functional
